Role Overview

An organization within the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives within an XRM/relationship management team. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to analyze business needs, translate requirements, and contribute to a high-impact delivery roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs through workshops, interviews, and data collection.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Support business case development, impact assessments, and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Track implementation progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and the transformation office.

Profile & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English).
• Proactive, collaborative, and stakeholder-focused.
• Knowledge of insurance processes is essential.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance business analysis and process optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with process modeling, business feature mapping, and user story writing.
• Strong stakeholder management experience using analysis tools & techniques.
